1. About Sundals

Sundals is a proudly Filipino brand offering handcrafted footwear made with love, comfort, and local craftsmanship. All products are designed and sold through our official website www.sundals.shop, as well as other official platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and include VAT.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been processed.
  • We accept multiple payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, E-wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) — depending on your selected platform.
  • Discount codes and promos cannot be combined unless stated.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders within 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier (usually 2-7 business days).
  • Shipping fees will be shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to select promos and minimum order amounts.
  • Pick-up options are available on select days/times (see checkout page for details).

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept size exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer unless due to a defect or mistake on our end.
  • Refunds for defective items are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • All items are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if stock runs out.
